Tasks
- Production of small series and individual parts on turn-mill centers with Siemens control (component length up to 2 meters / diameter up to 1 meter)
- Independent creation and continuous optimization of existing CNC programs and definition of machining sequences
- Production of individual parts, small series and prototypes according to technical drawings in various materials (aluminum, steel, titanium, plastics and nickel-based alloys)
- Precise and complete documentation of the work results
- Worker self-inspection of the produced components using existing measuring equipment
- Maintenance and care of the machine
requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Dreher (m/w/d) oder Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) wünschenswert
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung an einer CNC-Drehmaschine, vorzugsweise Dreh-Fräszentren zwingend
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
- High sense of quality and responsibility
- Independent, precise and proactive way of working
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Very good communication and team player skills
- Very good written and spoken German
