Tasks

• Wartung und Instandhaltung von Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs- und Sanitäranlagen
• Durchführung von Reparaturen und Umbauten
• Überwachung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
• Documentation of the work carried out
• Preparation of documentation and reports, transfer to IT systems if necessary, as well as updating technical documentation for systems

requirements

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Anlagenmechaniker Heizung, Klima, Lüftung und Sanitär (m/w/d), Gas- und Wasserinstallateur (m/w/d) oder Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer (m/w/d)
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty/emergency service assignments
• Confident handling of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Class B driver's license
