Tasks
- Organisation und Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Transporte
- Planung und Koordination von Versand- und Lieferterminen
- Kommunikation mit Kunden, Fahrern und Dienstleistern
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Versand- und Zolldokumenten
- Überwachung von Transportabläufen und Terminverfolgung
- Processing of complaints and claims
requirements
- Completed training as a forwarding agent or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in freight forwarding and logistics is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Organisationsgeschick und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good written and spoken German
