Job description

As a shift supervisor (m/f/d) in the plastics industry, you are responsible for monitoring and optimizing production processes. You ensure that production runs smoothly and that quality standards are maintained.

Tasks

• Machine setup and operation
• Monitoring production processes and ensuring efficiency
• Quality control of manufactured plastic parts
• Implementation of security protocols and procedures
• Coordination with other shifts and departments
• Problem solving in the event of production interruptions
• Documentation of production data and reporting

requirements

• Completed training in plastics technology or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the plastics industry, preferably in a management role, desirable
• Good knowledge of production processes and quality management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset
