Für unseren renommierten Kunden in Halle/S. suchen wir Dich als Hausmeister (m/w/d). Sie betreuen verschiedene Kindergärten im Stadtgebiet.

Tasks

• Carrying out minor repairs
• Conducting and recording tours
• Room equipment with furniture, technology and other materials
• Locking service
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities as well as cleaning and disposal work
• Messenger services if necessary
• Preparation of documentation and reports, transfer to IT systems if necessary

requirements

• möglichst eine abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung und/oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Hausmeister
• einwandfreies Führungszeugnis
• High customer and service orientation
• Communication skills
• well-groomed appearance
• good knowledge of German
• Class B driver's license an advantage
