Tasks

• Verwaltung und Pflege von Kreditorenkonten
• Erfassung und Kontierung von Eingangsrechnungen
• Überwachung von Zahlungsfristen und Durchführung von Mahnwesen
• Erarbeitung und Pflege der Datenbasis für die Kreditorenbuchhaltung
• Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Prüfungen im Bereich Kreditorenbuchhaltung
• Fertigung und Versand vertraulicher Korrespondenz mit Kreditoren

requirements

•  Completed commercial training 
• Experience in accounts payable
• Professional experience in the field 
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und Datev
• Conscientious and independent way of working
