Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Buchhaltungsfachkraft (m/w/d) im Raum Schweinfurt, Haßfurt, Kitzingen, Karlstadt und Würzburg

Tasks

• Management of day-to-day accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
• Checking, assigning, and posting incoming and outgoing invoices
• Posting bank transactions and reconciling accounts
• Monitoring incoming and outgoing payments and dunning
• Preparation of evaluations and reports for management
• Communication with tax advisors and tax authorities
• Preparation of advance VAT returns
• Processing travel expense reports and other tasks in the area of financial accounting
• Remuneration depending on qualifications

requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally as an accountant or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in accounting or financial accounting
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and common accounting software solutions (e.g., DATEV, SAP)
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Independent and structured approach to work with a high degree of reliability
• Good written and spoken German
• Ability to work in a team and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Ideally, knowledge of tax law and experience in preparing tax returns
