Für einen namhaften Kunden in Würzburg suchen wir Sie als Sachbearbeiter Einkauf (m/w/d) im Raum Würzburg, Schweinfurt, Kitzingen und Karlstadt sowie Haßfurt

Tasks

• Processing orders and coordinating supplier communication
• Requesting quotes and price inquiries from existing and new suppliers
• Creation and management of orders and contracts
• Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring on-time delivery
• Maintenance of supplier data and supplier evaluation
• Invoice verification and comparison with orders and delivery notes
• Carrying out inventory checks and ensuring the availability of goods
• Coordination with other departments (e.g., warehouse, production) to ensure a smooth flow of materials
• Support with budget and cost control in purchasing
• Preparation of evaluations and reports on purchasing activities
• Remuneration depending on qualifications

requirements

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriekaufmann m/w/d, Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Initial professional experience in purchasing or a related field is an advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally experience with purchasing software (e.g., SAP)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills when communicating with suppliers
• Reliability and a structured, independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment
• Good written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
