Tasks
- System and Subassembly Assembly: Independent pre-assembly and final assembly of complete mechatronic systems (e.g., vacuum and soldering systems) based on design drawings, bills of materials, and 3D CAD models.
- Piping & Pneumatics: Professional cutting and installation of piping systems according to plans, as well as the assembly of all pneumatic components.
- Commissioning & Testing: Conducting comprehensive functional, circuit, and vacuum tests at the factory, as well as the final commissioning of the systems directly at the customer's site.
- Maintenance & Support: Reliable performance of maintenance and repair work, as well as cable assembly, soldering, and the picking of accessories.
- Process Optimization: Active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP) in close collaboration with internal departments.
requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or in a comparable field, such as mechatronics, etc.
- High quality awareness
- Good to very good metalworking skills
- Willingness to work 3-shift schedules, overtime, and weekends
- Proactive, independent way of working
