Farm Worker (m/f/d) 38.5 hours per week!

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated farm worker ( m/f/d) to start immediately, 38.5 hours per week!

Tasks

• Monitor the sorting system and optimize and adjust internal and external goods flows
• Coordinate traffic in the yard and resolve disruptions immediately
• Maintain the farm management system, enter data, and generate reports
• Maintain close communication with the delivery drivers and the cargo handling team
• Ensuring optimal communication with the delivery drivers and the cargo handling team  
• Creation of reports and evaluations 

requirements

• Business or technical training, or a comparable qualification
• Some logistics experience is preferred
• Shift readiness 
• A commitment to quality, organizational skills, and an eye for process optimization
• Strong communication skills, conflict management skills, and a sense of responsibility
• A car and a Class B driver's license are required!
