Tasks
- Preparation and follow-up of payroll accounting
- Support for the time recording system
- Calculation of special payments
- Certification and reporting
- Correspondence with authorities and social security institutions
- Support throughout the entire employer lifecycle
- Maintenance and administration of digital personnel files
- Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, and employment references
- Preparation of reports and statistics
- Contact person for managers in all matters relating to labor, collective bargaining, and personnel law
- Cooperation and communication with the works council
- Support with labor law measures
- RecruitmentManagement and implementation of the entire recruiting process
- Preparation of internal and external job advertisements
- Preselection of applications and coordination and conducting of job interviews
- Supporting new employees in the onboarding process
requirements
- Business degree or commercial training, ideally with further training in human resources or comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of income tax, social security, and labor law
- Structured, independent, and conscientious approach to work
- High level of teamwork, reliability, and discretion
