Tasks
- Control and monitoring of timely customer deliveries
- Creation, checking, and processing of deliveries in SAP (especially VL10I)
- Prioritization of customer orders in coordination with production and logistics
- Coordinating appointments with customers and proactively providing information in the event of deviations
- Monitoring of order backlogs and delivery schedules
- Clarification of quantity, deadline, and system deviations
- Close cooperation with materials planning, shipping, and production planning
- Maintenance and updating of customer-relevant master data in the ERP system
- Participation in the analysis and optimization of delivery performance (OTIF, KPIs)
requirements
- Completed commercial or logistics training (e.g., industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk, or comparable)
- Professional experience in customer scheduling or order management
- Very good SAP skills, especially VL10I, are essential.
- Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
- High problem-solving skills and assertiveness
- Structured, independent, and resilient approach to work
