Tasks
- Independent inspections, maintenance, and testing of building services equipment (e.g., heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing)
- Customer-oriented troubleshooting
- Proactive repair and maintenance
- Support and assistance with the customer's technical operations
- Digital documentation of activities carried out via mobile devices (e.g. maintenance logs)
requirements
- Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker HKLS / Mechatroniker Kältetechnik / Zentralheizungs- und Lüftungsbauer / Gas- Wasserinstallateur oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- German language skills level B2
- Driving license B
