Tasks

• Supporting our customers in telephone and written customer service, including sales aspects
• Support for energy services, management of market communication
• Innovative Steuerung von Prozessen mit Hilfe von Software und dem entsprechenden Customizing
• Durchführung von Abrechnungsdienstleistung einschließlich Customizing in den unterschiedlichsten Systemen

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a commercial specialist (m/f/d)
• Confident handling of PC and MS Office package
• Willingness to learn about the topic of energy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Place of work: Halle/Saale on a day shift
