Tasks

• Independently operating and monitoring modern, multi-axis CNC milling, turning, or grinding machines
• Loading tools and workpieces onto production equipment 
• Ongoing quality control of manufactured precision components using standard measuring and testing equipment
• Adjusting machine parameters in the event of dimensional deviations and resolving minor disruptions in the manufacturing process

requirements

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship in the metalworking field (e.g., machining technician, CNC specialist) or relevant practical experience in CNC machining (milling, turning, or grinding)
• A strong technical understanding and manual dexterity come naturally to you
• Extensive experience in reading and understanding technical drawings and work instructions
• A reliable, precise, and quality-conscious work ethic, as well as a willingness to work shifts
• Car + driver's license required!
