• Quality awareness
• Technical understanding and precise working methods
• Bereitschaft in Konti-Schicht (in Folge: 2 Tage Frühschicht / 2 Tage Spätschicht / 2 Tage Nachtschicht / 3 Tage frei, Arbeiten an Wochenenden und Feiertage) 
• Deutschkenntnisse: gut in Verstehen und Sprechen
