Job description

We are looking for a payroll clerk (m/f/d) for our client in Freiburg through direct placement.

(Jahresgehalt bis zu 60.000€)

Tasks

  • Processing and checking payroll statements
  • Ensuring compliance with wage and salary regulations
  • Creation and management of personnel files
  • Calculation of duties and taxes
  • Support with the implementation and maintenance of payroll software
  • Advising and supporting employees on wage-related issues
  • Preparation of reports and analyses in the area of payroll
  • Coordination with other departments for smooth processes
  • Conducting audits and reviews of payroll processes
  • Updating and maintaining employee data

requirements

 

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in payroll accounting
  • In-depth knowledge of common payroll accounting software
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of labor and tax law
