We are looking for an IT support employee (m/f/d) for our client in Freiburg through direct placement.

Tasks
- Provision and configuration of IT hardware and software for employees
- First point of contact for technical problems and user inquiries (1st level support)
- Diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems (2nd level support)
- Coordination with external service providers and manufacturers for complex problems (3rd level support)
- Documentation of incidents and solutions in a ticket system
- Performing regular system checks and maintenance
- Advising and training employees on IT topics and procedures
- Monitoring network security and implementing security protocols
- Management of user accounts and access rights
- Support in the planning and implementation of IT projects
requirements
- In-depth knowledge of IT technology and infrastructure
- Experience in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support
- Good knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Familiarity with network technologies and protocols
