We are looking for a dispatcher (m/f/d) for our client in Freiburg through direct placement.

Tasks

• Planning and coordination of transport processes
• Creation and monitoring of tour schedules
• Coordination with customers and suppliers regarding delivery dates
• Optimization of routes to minimize costs and time
• Fleet management and monitoring
• Communication with drivers and dispatchers
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and safety standards
• Collection and evaluation of transport data
• Problem solving in the event of unforeseen events and disruptions
• Continuous improvement of scheduling processes

requirements

• Completed commercial training as a freight forwarding agent or comparable qualification
• Experience in the field of scheduling
• Good knowledge of MS Office
