We are currently looking for a Human Resources Administrator (m/f/d) for our client company in Freiburg.

Tasks

  • Personalakten anlegen und verwalten
  • Create and manage employment contracts
  • Perform and review payroll accounting
  • Determine staffing requirements and create job postings
  • Conduct job interviews and select personnel
  • Organize induction and training for new employees
  • Conduct employee appraisals and create development plans
  • Manage working time accounts and vacation requests
  • Advise employees on personal and labor law issues
  • Create employment references
  • Create personnel statistics and reports
  • Implement and monitor labor law regulations and legislation
  • Cooperation with trade unions and works councils

requirements

 

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Experience in human resources is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
