Tasks
- Personalakten anlegen und verwalten
- Create and manage employment contracts
- Perform and review payroll accounting
- Determine staffing requirements and create job postings
- Conduct job interviews and select personnel
- Organize induction and training for new employees
- Conduct employee appraisals and create development plans
- Manage working time accounts and vacation requests
- Advise employees on personal and labor law issues
- Create employment references
- Create personnel statistics and reports
- Implement and monitor labor law regulations and legislation
- Cooperation with trade unions and works councils
requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience in human resources is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
