Our renowned customer based in Bitterfeld-Wolfen is looking forward to welcoming you as their new full-time Shift Supervisor (m/f/d) Process Control Technology for direct placement in their team!

Tasks

• Leitung und Führung der Schichtmitarbeiter zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufes innerhalb der Schicht 
• Steuern und Überwachen von Produktionsprozessen sowie Bedienen von Produktionsanlagen mittels Prozessleittechnik 
• Erkennen und Beseitigen von Produktionsstörungen, Durchführen von kleineren Wartungs- und Reparatur Arbeiten 
• Checking compliance with quality parameters and customer specifications as part of product quality assurance 
• Assembly and packaging of the end product

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a chemical technician (m/f/d), chemical production specialist (m/f/d), or comparable training 
• Several years of professional experience as a shift supervisor (m/f/d) in process control technology or in a comparable position in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the chemical or processing industry 
• Confident use of process control technology and basic PC skills  
• Willingness to work fully continuous shifts at the Bitterfeld-Wolfen site is essential. 
• German language spoken and written (C1)
