We are looking for you as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) for a long-term assignment with the option of permanent employment.

Tasks

• Professional acceptance, inspection, and recording of incoming goods
• Picking, packing, and preparing shipments according to order documents
• Compliance with safety and quality standards (GMP/ISO)
• Active inventory management, inventory control, conducting regular inventories
• Organize storage locations, document incoming and outgoing goods
• Operation of warehouse and conveyor technology such as goods baskets, roller pallets, industrial trucks
• Support in creating delivery notes, shipping documents, and returns processing
• Collaboration on process optimization in the warehouse (efficiency, error reduction)
• Collaboration with other departments (purchasing, sales, production)

requirements

• Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or comparable qualification (e.g., warehouse clerk)
•  Practical experience in warehouse operations
• Good written and spoken German
• Basic knowledge of common warehouse software systems (e.g., ERP/WMS) and willingness to familiarize yourself with them
• Safety awareness and care when handling goods and documents
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and independent working style
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Valid forklift license desirable
