Tasks

• Abwicklung von Lieferungen innerhalb der EU sowie in Drittländer
• Erstellung von Export- und Zolldokumenten
• Rechnungsstellung und Fakturierung
• Organisation und Koordination von Versandprozessen
• Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Logistikdienstleistern

requirements

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung in der Exportabwicklung sowie im Umgang mit Zoll- und Exportdokumenten
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• Independent and structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Zuverlässigkeit und Organisationstalent
