Tasks
- Organization, management, and control of all technical building management
- Monitoring of maintenance, inspections, servicing, safety checks, and repairs
- Defect and warranty tracking
- Direct contact person for clients
- Management and supervision of contracted external companies
- Management responsibility for own employees
requirements
- Completed degree in a technical field (e.g., supply engineering, facility management, electrical engineering) or technician/master craftsman in the field of electrical engineering, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation, or refrigeration technology
- Knowledge of building services engineering / technical building equipment (TGA) desirable
- Thinking and acting economically
