Tasks

• Organization, management, and control of all technical building management
• Monitoring of maintenance, inspections, servicing, safety checks, and repairs
• Defect and warranty tracking
• Direct contact person for clients
• Management and supervision of contracted external companies
• Management responsibility for own employees

requirements

• Completed degree in a technical field (e.g., supply engineering, facility management, electrical engineering) or technician/master craftsman in the field of electrical engineering, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation, or refrigeration technology
• Knowledge of building services engineering / technical building equipment (TGA) desirable
• Thinking and acting economically
