Job description

For the new logistics facility in Frankfurt (Oder), we are seeking an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) for our client for direct hire, effective immediately.

Tasks

  • Structural Development: Definition and Implementation of All HR Processes, Standards, and Procedures
  • Staffing: Close collaboration with the recruiting team on workforce planning, on-site candidate selection, and onboarding
  • Organizational Development: Defining Roles, Team Building, and Embedding Corporate Culture
  • Employee Support: Central Point of Contact for Approximately 500 Employees (Primarily Blue-Collar)
  • Executive Consulting: Collaborative partnership and consulting for all executives (from team and shift leaders to site managers) on all HR topics
  • HR Compliance: Ensuring Compliance with All Legal, Payroll Tax, and Collective Bargaining Agreement Requirements
  • Interface Role: Responsibility for HR initiatives and oversight of their administrative implementation by the HR Shared Service Center

requirements

  • Qualifications: A completed degree in business administration, business psychology, law with a focus on labor law, or a comparable field of study
  • Education: Alternatively, a business vocational training program (e.g., Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d)) combined with further training in HR (Human Resources Specialist, HR Coordinator, or HR Manager (m/f/d))
  • Professional Experience: Extensive expertise as an HR Business Partner in a global matrix organization or in a comparable role, ideally in the logistics sector
  • Project expertise: Initial experience or practical experience in setting up new locations, in M&A projects, and in general strategic HR projects is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.
  • Target Audience: Extensive experience in the day-to-day management of blue-collar employees
  • Works Council: In-depth knowledge and experience in negotiating with works council committees are preferred
  • Language Skills: We require excellent written and spoken Germanand English; knowledge of Polish is a welcome bonus
