Tasks

• You will assemble connectors onto fiber-optic cables and perform the final assembly directly under a microscope
• From the first prototype to the finished production run, you will support and optimize our manufacturing processes
• Using modern measuring systems, you'll perform the final inspection and make sure everything fits perfectly
• You produce small batches under cleanroom conditions—always with the highest precision

requirements

• Ideally, you’ve worked in production before—but that’s not a must if you have the right talent
• You have excellent manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and very good eyesight
• Your work is extremely precise and reliable
• Working extensively in a two-shift system 
• You speak German well and are a true team player who can be counted on.
