Tasks

• Professional welding of metal components and assemblies, with a focus on the TIG welding process
• Manufacturing and assembly of frame structures for custom gyrocopter models
• Precision welding of small parts and aluminum components with varying material thicknesses
• Preparation and Cleaning of Workpieces for Optimal Further Processing
• Mechanical finishing of the manufactured components through grinding, drilling, countersinking, and other machining steps
• Conducting welding tests and providing support for quality control
• Ensuring compliance with all quality, labor, and safety standards
• Support for adjacent production areas to ensure a smooth manufacturing process

requirements

• Successful completion of a vocational training program in a skilled trade, with relevant work experience in welding
• Extensive knowledge and practical experience in TIG welding
• A precise, meticulous, and quality-oriented approach to work
• A high degree of initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work well with others
• Technical understanding and, ideally, experience reading technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
• Very good written and spoken German skills (at least level C1)
