Tasks
- Professional welding of metal components and assemblies, with a focus on the TIG welding process
- Manufacturing and assembly of frame structures for custom gyrocopter models
- Precision welding of small parts and aluminum components with varying material thicknesses
- Preparation and Cleaning of Workpieces for Optimal Further Processing
- Mechanical finishing of the manufactured components through grinding, drilling, countersinking, and other machining steps
- Conducting welding tests and providing support for quality control
- Ensuring compliance with all quality, labor, and safety standards
- Support for adjacent production areas to ensure a smooth manufacturing process
requirements
- Successful completion of a vocational training program in a skilled trade, with relevant work experience in welding
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in TIG welding
- A precise, meticulous, and quality-oriented approach to work
- A high degree of initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work well with others
- Technical understanding and, ideally, experience reading technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
- Very good written and spoken German skills (at least level C1)
