Tasks

• Planning and Preparation: Selecting the appropriate tools and machines; creating work plans and procedures
• Machine Setup: Setting up and programming CNC machines; adjusting tools and fixtures
• Machining: Performing milling, turning, grinding, and drilling operations on metal materials
• Quality Control: Inspecting manufactured parts for dimensional accuracy and surface finish using measuring tools and testing equipment
• Maintenance and Repair: Performing maintenance work on machines and tools; troubleshooting malfunctions
• Documentation: Maintaining production logs and documenting the work performed

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machinist or equivalent qualification
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of metalworking and machining techniques.
• Precision: High accuracy and attention to detail when working with machines and tools.
• Reading Technical Drawings: The ability to understand and implement technical drawings and diagrams.
• Machine Operation: Experience operating CNC machines and conventional machine tools.
