Job description

We are looking for civil engineering technicians (m/f/d) for our client's location in Hanover in the DIRECT HIRING.

Our client specializes in the engineering, construction, maintenance, and servicing of pipeline and cable networks. The infrastructure service provider’s core competencies include the maintenance of transmission lines, network upgrades, and the construction of entirely new pipeline networks for all media—such as water, gas, and district heating—as well as the construction of pipelines for electricity, telecommunications, and broadband networks.

Tasks

• Civil engineering work in pipeline construction for water, gas, and district heating
• Excavation and shoring of construction pits; assistance with the laying and installation of pipes
• Maintenance of tools and equipment, compliance with safety regulations, and collaboration with construction equipment operators, welders, and subcontractors

requirements

• Apprenticeship as a civil engineering technician or a similar qualification; specializations and continuing education are also welcome
• Initial experience in civil engineering / pipeline construction, as well as the ability to work well with others and attention to detail
• Valid Class B driver's license; a Class BE or CE license is also preferred
