Tasks

• Operating and monitoring machines and production systems
• Setup and Reconfiguration of the Systems
• Ensuring a smooth production process
• Carrying out quality controls during production
• Troubleshooting Minor Problems and Reporting Major Malfunctions
• Cleaning, Care, and Simple Maintenance of the Machines
• Compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations

• Completed training as a machine and plant operator or a comparable qualification
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity
• Careful, independent, and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work shifts, if necessary
