Tasks

• Processing of national and international shipping orders 
• Preparation of all shipping documents 
• Preparation of price inquiries (air/sea/road) 
• Efficient route planning 
• Independent planning, control and support of worldwide freight 
• Fachgerechte Erledigung von Zollformalitäten (z.B. ATLAS, ABD, EUR1) 
• Supporting the dispatch manager in all tasks that arise 

requirements

• Completed training as a freight forwarding agent (m/f/d), transport service agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in freight forwarding and logistics is an advantage
• Knowledge of transport and supply chain planning and organization
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally freight forwarding software
• Good communication skills and organizational talent
