We are looking for you to fill the position of Master Technician (m/f/d) in final assembly for a client in the Heilbronn region

Tasks

• Technical and Disciplinary Management of the Final Assembly Production Department
• Responsibility for the department's overall planning and coordination
• Responsibility for the preliminary and final assembly of laundry machines
• Independently supervising employees and trainees in the assembly department
• Organizing and Optimizing Manufacturing Processes
• Coordination, Implementation, and Documentation
• Monitoring and Ensuring Manufacturing Quality
• Close collaboration with mechanical design and external service providers 

requirements

• Successful completion of the master craftsman's examination and the instructor certification exam
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering as well as in work and process planning
• Experience in personnel management
• Experience in working with ERP systems
• Confident handling of MS-Office
