Tasks

• Operation, monitoring, and control of machines and production facilities in the field of [e.g., printing, media production, etc.].
• Setup and retrofitting of machines in accordance with production requirements.
• Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting for Machinery and Equipment.
• Ensuring smooth production while adhering to quality standards and safety requirements.
• Performing maintenance and repair work on machinery and equipment.
• Proactive optimization of machine performance and support for process improvement.
• Documentation of production and maintenance processes.

requirements

• Completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or comparable technical training.
• Experience in operating and maintaining machinery and equipment.
• Technical understanding and the ability to quickly diagnose problems.
• A strong willingness to take on responsibility, the ability to work well in a team, and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work shifts (if applicable).
• Knowledge of quality assurance and safety regulations is a plus.
