Tasks

• Kaufmännische Bearbeitung des Wareneingangs und Warenausgangs
• Erfassung und Buchung von Warenbewegungen im SAP-System
• Kontrolle und Bearbeitung von Wareneingangs- und Warenausgangsdokumenten
• Erfassung und Pflege von Daten im System
• Bearbeitung des Posteingangs und Postausgangs
• Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen sowie Schnittstellen im Lager und in der Logistik
• Prüfung von Daten auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit

requirements

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
• Experience in working with SAP an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Careful, structured and reliable way of working
• Organisationsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Bereitschaft, sich in neue Systeme und Prozesse einzuarbeiten
