Tasks

• Coordination and supervision of the construction crew
• Ensuring quality, meeting deadlines, and maintaining workplace safety directly on the construction site
• Monitoring the Proper Use of Tools, Equipment, and Work Materials
• Implementation of work instructions, safety guidelines, and legal regulations
• Assisting with the organization of the construction site (e.g., ordering materials, coordinating equipment, work processes)
• Serving as a role model on the construction site: motivational leadership and active involvement in day-to-day operations

requirements

• Completed vocational training in the construction or finishing trades, ideally with additional training as a foreman
• Several years of practical experience on construction sites, preferably in building maintenance
• Organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to get things done
• Knowledge of occupational safety and quality standards
• Ability to work well with others, strong communication skills, and a passion for leading employees
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
• SIVV certification is preferred but not required
