Tasks
- Preparatory Activities for Coating Tasks
- Performing all coating tasks in accordance with drawings and/or work instructions
- Visual inspection of the coated surfaces to verify compliance with the drawing specifications regarding quality
- Support in optimizing workflows and processes
- Operation of automated and manual coating systems
- Performing simple maintenance tasks according to the maintenance schedule
- Cleaning of Coating Systems
- Assembly
- Mask / Unmask
- Powder Coating
- Machine Operation and Loading
requirements
- Completed vocational training or semi-skilled worker
- Work experience in surface treatment or in the painting and finishing field
- Basic PC Skills
- Willingness to work shifts
- German spoken and written
- Ability to work as part of a team, dedication, resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Meeting Deadlines and Punctuality
- Careful Use and Handling of Work Equipment
