We are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) in the electronics department for our client.

Tasks

• Implementation of Technical Requirements in Lighting Manufacturing
• Conducting final inspections for quality, cleanliness, and packaging, as well as performing measurements, including temperature checks
• Analysis of customer complaints and creation of schematics and workflows for continuous improvement
• Active participation in model and prototype construction during the development of new products
• Following a successful training period, you will take over management of the final assembly line, with the prospect of advancing to a team lead position

requirements

• Successfully completed training as an electronics technician, electrician, electrical installer, or similar
• Ideally, prior experience in the lighting industry or a similar field
• Some experience in managing employees is a plus
• Reliability, a high level of commitment, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, as well as strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
