Tasks

• Processing orders, invoices, and customer inquiries
• Scheduling for Logistics and Courier Service Providers 
• Preparation of shipping and export documents, such as commercial invoices, delivery notes, and export accompanying documents
• Handling of Customs Formalities
• Communication with internal departments and external partners

requirements

• Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), or equivalent qualification
• Initial experience in administrative work or a strong willingness to learn
• Independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work
• Team player, communicative, and able to work under pressure
• Confident use of MS Office: Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
