Tasks
You will serve as the operational point of contact for a team of about 100 employees and report directly to the head of human resources. You will ensure that everything in human resources runs smoothly—contracts, data, payroll, and documentation—with precision, a sense of responsibility, and a good grasp of the big picture.
No management responsibilities—you keep processes running and ensure transparency.
- Support for Human Resources Management in Day-to-Day Operations
- Management of employment contracts, amendment agreements, and employment references
- Maintenance of Personnel Files and Master Data
- Preparation and Processing of Payroll
- Organizing and facilitating performance reviews in collaboration with the functional departments
- Organization of training sessions, seminars, and continuing education certificates

Character
- Discreet, reliable, and with a natural instinct for handling sensitive situations
- Strong communication skills—you can listen, express yourself clearly, and remain calm and professional even during difficult conversations
- Self-reliant and solution-oriented—you don't wait for instructions, but actively contribute ideas
Expertise & Approach
- Completed business training with practical experience or a college degree
- Extensive experience in HR administration—you understand how day-to-day HR operations work
- Proper Use of Spreadsheet Applications (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., DATEV) is preferred
- A meticulous, structured, and deadline-oriented approach to work
- Confidential handling of data and a strong sense of responsibility (GDPR)
- Native German speaker (required) – communication with employees and government agencies takes place in German
- Good written and spoken English (required) – for coordinating with English-speaking colleagues and service providers
