Tasks
- • Inspection of cables, distribution panels, and equipment
- • Visual inspection for damage (e.g., broken cables, defective connectors)
- • Cleaning the equipment (dust, moisture, dirt)
- • Functional testing of power distribution panels and safety systems
- • Documentation of defects or abnormalities
- • Replacing or reinstalling damaged cables and connectors
- • Replacement of defective fuses, CEE plugs, or adapters
- • Minor electrical repairs done right here in the shop
- • Reporting or preparing defective lighting and sound equipment components for replacement
- DGUV-V3 Inspection (Safety Inspection)
- (according to the German Social Accident Insurance, DGUV Regulation 3):
- • Testing of electrical equipment (e.g., insulation resistance, protective conductor testing, etc.)
- • Testing of safety devices (e.g., ground-fault circuit interrupters)
- • Classifying devices as “safe” or “defective”
- • Preparation of test reports
- • Affixing inspection stickers or removing defective devices
requirements
- At least two years of completed vocational training with a focus on:
Industrial Engineering / Equipment and Systems
- Physical resilience
- German language skills at least at the B2 level
