Tasks

• They ensure that shipments are processed efficiently and on time
• In addition to coordination, you motivate the teams of industrial workers to encourage peak performance
• They provide key metrics to the supervisor, which are crucial for preparing reports for management and clients
• You will be responsible for onboarding and supervising new colleagues
• They ensure order and cleanliness in the work areas, the storage facilities, and the warehouse, as well as compliance with performance and quality standards
• By analyzing warehouse operations with a view to potential process improvements, you support us with your ideas and suggestions
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, guidelines, and quality standards, as well as the proper conduct of regular inventory counts

requirements

• Completed vocational training (e.g., warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse clerk)—ideally in the field of logistics
• Several years of professional experience and initial management experience in a similar position, ideally in tire logistics
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Assertiveness, as well as a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and drive
• Proficiency with MS Office, warehouse management systems, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
