 Seeking a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d).

Tasks

• Ensuring efficient and timely shipping operations, as well as overseeing the receipt, storage, and picking of goods
• Leading and motivating a team of industrial workers (both in-house and contract staff) in a single-shift operation
•  Scheduling and ensuring the onboarding of new employees
• Training New Employees in the Warehouse
• Compliance with performance and quality standards, as well as the provision of appropriate KPI reports for clients and management
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse facility and inside the warehouse
• Conducting regular inventory counts and analyzing warehouse operations to identify potential process improvements and implement new inventory management systems, as well as collaborating with other departments
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, guidelines, and quality standards
• Conducting regular audits and quality controls

requirements

•  Completed vocational training in a business-related field (e.g., warehouse logistics specialist, training in freight forwarding and logistics services) –

              Ideally, with further training to become a logistics supervisor—and/or a degree in logistics

• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a similar position, ideally in tire logistics
• Strong organizational and communication skills
•  Assertiveness, as well as a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and drive
• Proficiency in MS Office, inventory management, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
