Tasks

• Manufacturing, modification, and maintenance of components, tools, fixtures, and equipment for production as well as for technical development projects
• Organization and coordination of production in collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers
• Support for the development, optimization, and documentation of manufacturing processes
• Participation in the production of prototypes, test series, and test setups
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation, process descriptions, and work instructions
• Performing repair, maintenance, and servicing work on equipment, tools, and operating resources
• Coordination and supervision of external maintenance and service providers
• Compliance with all machinery, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly work environment in accordance with applicable ESH guidelines
• Compliance with applicable data protection, confidentiality, security, and environmental regulations
• Support for continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, efficiency, and productivity

requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machinist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), toolmaker (m/f/d), or a comparable technical qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of milling and turning (knowledge of die-sinking EDM is desirable) and practical experience in the following areas:
• Experience in CNC programming using CAM software
• Part manufacturing based on technical drawings; accurately interpreting and implementing drawings, tolerances, and dimensional specifications
• Safe use of measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, dial gauges) for quality control
• Good written and spoken German
• Ability to work as part of a team, physical stamina, and reliability
