Job description

For our client in Laupheim, we are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Team Leader (m/f/d) to start onOctober 1, 2026 —someone who takes responsibility, maintains an overview, and successfully leads their team.

You will initially start as a temporary employee, with the prospect of being hired directly by our client after 6 months.

Tasks

• Management and coordination of staff assignments and daily work processes
• Providing professional guidance and support to employees and trainees within the area of responsibility
• Active involvement in day-to-day operations
• Assisting with the creation of shift schedules and employee scheduling
• Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines, processes, and external regulations

requirements

• Completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or warehouse clerk (m/f/d), or alternatively, several years of professional experience in the field of logistics
• A valid forklift license and, ideally, hands-on experience operating industrial trucks
• Safe handling of warehouse management systems
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• High motivation, reliability, attention to detail, and good communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts and provide flexible support in other areas of operation
