Tasks

• Performing spray painting on metal parts, as well as on rail vehicle components, assemblies, and vehicle bodies, in accordance with technical specifications
• Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and polishing to ensure optimal paint results
• Use of various painting and spraying techniques to apply primer, intermediate, and topcoats
• Proficiency in using a spray gun and experience in painting large surfaces
• Quality control of painted parts, including visual inspection, and compliance with surface, workplace, and environmental protection standards

requirements

• Completed training as an industrial painter or automotive painter (m/f/d)
• Safe Use of Spray Guns and Airless, Airmix, and Electrostatic Painting Systems
• Experience in quality control, including coating thickness measurement and visual inspection
• Precise and meticulous workmanship to produce high-quality surfaces
• Willingness to work two shifts and a good command of German; must be physically fit for the job (including no color vision deficiencies and no allergies to paint or solvents)
