Tasks
- Conducting incoming goods inspections and measurements for in-process monitoring
- Initial Examinations / Final Qualifications in Accordance with Specifications
- Reviewing and Evaluating Supplier Reports
- Documenting/Archiving Measurement Results
- Use/Management/Programming of Existing Measuring and Testing Equipment—e.g., roughness tester, 3D coordinate measuring machine, handheld measuring devices
- Support for the monitoring, management, calibration, maintenance, and upkeep of the machine and measurement and testing equipment fleet
- Creating deviation reports and filing complaints as needed
requirements
- Completed training in a technical profession
- Ideally, further training to become a technician or even a master craftsman
- Proficiency in the use of conventional measuring and testing equipment
- Ideally, experience working with 3D coordinate measuring machines is also required
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering and its relevant standards
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Willingness / Ability to Work Shifts
