Tasks
- Planning, Configuration, and Support of IT Systems
- Installation and Management of Networks and Server Environments
- 1st/2nd Level Support
- Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting for Hardware and Software
- Performing system updates, upgrades, and maintenance
- Support for IT projects such as rollouts or migrations
- Documentation of System Changes and Support Requests
requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable degree
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory administration
- Knowledge of virtualization solutions
- Practical experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware components
- Independent and structured way of working
