Tasks

• Technical and organizational management of the camp, as well as leading and developing a team of approximately six employees
• Planning and managing staff assignments, including task allocation, shift scheduling, and vacation coordination
• Ensuring that materials are supplied to production on time, while taking into account quality, availability, and cost-effectiveness
• Responsibility for the smooth execution of all warehouse processes, particularly goods receipt, goods receipt inspection, putaway and retrieval, and internal material flows
• Actively contribute to the further development and optimization of warehousing and logistics processes, and assist with the implementation of the Dynamics 365 ERP system

requirements

• Successfully completed training in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field; ideally with additional training leading to certification as a logistics master craftsman, business administrator, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics, preferably at a manufacturing company.
• Several years of experience in the professional or disciplinary management of employees.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP applications; ideally, experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
