On behalf of our client in the Haßfurt area, we are seeking a dedicated and organized employee (m/f/d) in the field of export and logistics with solid qualifications in customs and foreign trade law for our Haßfurt location, for direct placement.

Tasks

• Export: Management of the entire order-to-cash (O2C) process, from order entry to invoicing
• Responsibility for international order processing, supporting international customers, sales partners, and subsidiaries
• Warehouse and Logistics: Coordination, planning, and execution of all tasks related to warehouse and logistics
• Implementation, Optimization, and Monitoring of the ERP System for Warehousing and Logistics
• Customs and Foreign Trade Law: Independently preparing and processing customs declarations; ensuring compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations
• Reporting & Management: Preparing regular KPI reports, assisting with the forecasting process, and providing project and order overviews

requirements

• Several years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, as well as in exports
• Additional qualifications or in-depth knowledge of customs and foreign trade law, as well as a good understanding of Incoterms, import/export, customs clearance, and foreign trade
• Experience in process optimization and inventory management
• Fluency in German, good written and spoken English, and knowledge of French are a plus
• Ability to work as part of a team and a hands-on approach
