• Ideally, initial professional experience in production or in a skilled trade
• A reliable, meticulous, and team-oriented work ethic, as well as a willingness to work shifts
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
• German language skills at least B2
• A car and a driver's license are absolutely necessary to get to work
